JOB: Flutter Developer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications for Android, iOS, and KaiOS. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both native and responsive app development and passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centric mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications simultaneously for Android, iOS, and KaiOS using Flutter and other relevant technologies
• Implement core app functionalities including:
• User authentication and account management
• API integration and responsive design for multiple screen sizes
• User transaction management
• P2P messaging and calling
• Push notifications and in-app messaging
• Search functionality, widgets, VR, and AR features
• Content management, video playback, and payment integration
• Marketing automation and community forums
• Optimize web pages and mobile applications for speed and performance (techniques like minification and lazy loading)
• Work with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) to enhance interactivity
• Use Git and version control tools to ensure code quality, collaboration, and integrity
• Monitor and improve front-end performance metrics such as screen load times and resource optimization
• Identify and resolve front-end issues (broken links, layout issues, JavaScript errors)
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure robust functionality and smooth user experience
• Maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and app features

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS (Swift, Objective-C), and HTML5
• Familiarity with C# and cross-platform development approaches
• Experience with API integration, payment systems, and content management solutions
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot performance issues
• Knowledge of VR, AR, and advanced mobile features will be a plus
